1. What gochillz is

gochillz is a directory that helps you discover places to eat, meet and chill in Ghana. Spots are independent businesses. We are not a party to anything you arrange with them, and we don't take orders, bookings, deliveries or payments for them.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp.
• Keep your phone secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 to manage a business listing.

3. Listings and claims

• Anyone can recommend a place. Our team reviews new listings before they appear.
• To list or claim a business, you confirm that you own or manage it. We may ask for a short verification video recorded at the spot. Only the gochillz team sees these videos.
• We may refuse, edit or remove a listing, or remove an owner, if details are wrong or a claim is not genuine.
• Owners keep their listing accurate, including hours, prices, menus and contact numbers.

4. Photos, videos and other content

• Owners' edits, photos and videos go live when saved. You must have the right to share what you upload, and it must be accurate and lawful.
• You give gochillz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show your content on gochillz and in its promotion while it is listed.
• Our team can take down any content that breaks these terms. To flag something, contact us. If someone is wrongly managing your business, use Report on its page.

5. Events

Listing an event is free. The organiser is responsible for the event, its tickets and its safety. We may hide events that are inaccurate or break these terms.

6. Verified badge

A verified badge shows that our team has confirmed who manages a spot. The badge renews at ₵100 per year. Badge renewals are the only payments gochillz takes. If a badge lapses or is revoked, the listing stays up without the badge.

7. Acceptable use

Don't post false, misleading, hateful or illegal content, impersonate a business, scrape the service, or try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. No guarantees

We work to keep details accurate, but spots change. Opening hours, prices and menus come from businesses and the community, so check with the spot before you travel. gochillz is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from visiting or dealing with a spot.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
